FireFit Youth and Community Hub is the cornerstone of the charity Torus Foundation.
Services at the Hub are designed with members and partners, to help inspire and empower members of all ages and the wider community, so everyone can reach their full potential.
At the heart of the South Liverpool community, FireFit is a place where young people feel safe and secure, where they have a sense of belonging, feel trusted, respected and listened to – not judged.
Memberships are available for Junior Zone 6-11* years old (*if still in Primary School), Youth Zone 11-18 years old and adult members.
Check out the varied sessions that are planned throughout the week for members. Please note sometimes activities change at short notice, so drop the team a call to confirm what's in store that week - 0300 123 5809 (option 1 for FireFit).
In addition to the programme designed for young members, the wider community is able to get involved in other support from the Hub:
- FireFit Gym and fitness classes
- Restart, the health and wellbeing programme targeting adults
- SisterHub's female only fitness classes
- The weekly Coffee Morning and Support Hub is open to all members of the community, offering support, advice and a free hot drink (Thursday 10am - 12pm and 1.30pm - 2.30pm)
- Weekly Food Pantry Mobile Bus outside of FireFit 10am - 11.30am each Thursday. A chance to buy 10 food/cupboard essential items for only £5. A way to save money while helping to reduce food wastage. No need for memberships.

Space for hire including a meeting room, large sports hall and 3G football pitches to book for your private bookings and work requests. - Free jobs and training support on site - come and speak to Torus Foundation who will be on hand to provide support and opportunities as part of the Future Focus project. Drop the team an email to arrange an appointment employment@torusfoundation.org.uk or call into the Hub every Thursday 10am - 12pm and 1.30pm - 2.30pm. Please note you may need to wait a short while if the team are speaking to people who have made an appointment for support.
